About Us

I was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and spent most of my childhood in Omaha, Nebraska. I have a great love for the outdoors and spent almost every free moment visiting every field and lake I could travel to. It was during these trips in my younger years that I discovered natures beautiful creatures that were all around us. I could never see enough and each trip was an adventure. This was the catalyst that pointed me in the direction of what I still do today. My camera and my paint brush have now become a life long companion that I couldn't do without. 

This was the start of a life long endeavor to recreate natures beauty with my paint brush. I became a great enthusiast of any wildlife artist I encountered. I am a self-taught artist but owe a great deal of my development to the inspiration provided by other great artists. 

I now reside in Hartsville, TN with my wife Jennifer and all nature we can entice to our 2 acre home. A lot of the wildlife that visit us can be seen in my artwork. My painting has now expanded to a craft which at this point involves 3 dimensional hand painted butterflies, moths, dragonflies, hummingbirds and hand painted earrings. I hope you enjoy my creations and new ones to come. 

My ambition was and still is to bring natures beauty indoors for all to enjoy through my artwork.
